Silver Linings Counseling

Welcome to Silver Linings Counseling! We offer therapeutic services to adults suffering from a wide array of mental health issues. Our goal is to provide support, empathy, and guidance while utilizing a non-judgmental and client-centered approach to therapy. We specialize in the following issues: Depression and Anxiety, End of Life, Grief and Bereavement, Caregiving, Chronic Illness, Moving to a Facility, Significant Life Changes, Decreased Physical Strength and Ambulation, and Chronic Pain. We work collaboratively with our clients, caregivers, and family members in order to structure a treatment plan specifically formulated for each individual.
